Stephanie will contact you to agree a date and time
You will be sent a payment link the cost of which is €390 + VAT along with a zoom call link - you do not need a zoom account to use zoom.
Fill in your intake form
At least 3 days prior to your call share plans, layout, photos of the space and reference imagery. Stephanie will use this information to prepare for your call where you will receive expert advice and guidance for your project.

INTERIOR DESIGN
Interior Design - €2,000

The Interior Design fees are an investment of €2,000 per space, excluding VAT, excluding cost of goods. Stephanie will work with you to decide the spaces in scope. Packages of 3 or more spaces may avail of different pricing. There is a minimum of 2 spaces for this package. Open plan spaces are considered separate spaces based on their function. e.g kitchen/living/dining open plan is considered 3 spaces. A large kitchen design may be considered 1.5 to 2 spaces depending on detail and scope.
How an Interior Design package works:
Discuss this package with Stephanie to see if suitable by filling out the form or emailing stephanie on sosullivaninteriors@gmail.com
Stephanie will send you a proposal for # of spaces to be included with a proposed fee and stage payment breakdown for your review
Following agreement of fee proposal and timeline Stephanie will begin the interior design process based on your individual needs.
Projects generally work but are not limited to the following stages
Stage 1: Briefing and consultation
Stage 2: Conceptual design (3d designs, finishes, fittings, furniture etc)
Stage 3: Design Detail (technical drawings and schedules including lighting and electrical)
Stage 4: Project completion

Re imagining spaces
PROPERTY POTENTIAL REVIEW - €390
Are you in the process of a property search and need help understanding its potential prior to purchasing?
I can:
Review the estate agents plans and come up with the best solution and opportunities for the property.
All I need is a link to the property online.
I will follow up with a payment link €390 + VAT
You will receive a zoom link for an agreed date and time
I will present to you layout plan opportunities and ideas for the property so you can see its full potential.
Professional Design Advice for designers - €140
Are you a design student or considering interior design as a career or maybe you are already working as a designer and just want to bounce ideas:
I will answer your questions and give whatever advice I can for the price of €140 + VAT
